I know why and when I retagged these files and both where added years ago. Two albums however still appear because they are listed in recently added and were not listed in added-dates. Icon is green now and some of the retagged albums disappeared in recently added. OK that copy was useful, I first got a red icon due to an empty first line.
You don't need to delete the added-files.txt file or make any changes to this file.
